The Great Piazza of Books and Ideas

The Italian Guest of Honour Pavilion in Frankfurt will be a grand piazza, uniting publishers, authors and their readers in a vibrant convergence of books and ideas. Narrating the birth of the pavilion and reflecting on how Italian piazzas serve as the spatial matrix for such concepts as open community and free cultural exchange will be architect, urban planner and designer of the pavilion, Stefano Boeri, alongside art historian and critic Giovanni Agosti.
