Rosella Postorino

Rosella Postorino was born in Calabria, raised with her feet in the Ligurian Sea, and has lived in Rome since 2001. A prominent figure in the Italian publishing and cultural landscape, she is an editor at Einaudi and contributor to "la Repubblica", "Sette" and the "Corriere della Sera" magazine. Her debut novel La stanza di sopra (Feltrinelli, 2007) opened up her fiction writing talent to a wide audience. That talent matured through subsequent works and reached acclaim with At the Wolf‘s Table (Simon and Schuster) which won the Campiello Prize and Jean Monnet Award, and has been translated into over 30 languages. In 2019, Postorino made her debut young people’s fiction debut with Tutti giù per aria (Salani). Her most recent works include Mi limitavo ad amare te (Feltrinelli, 2023), runner-up in the Strega Prize.
